Washington DC - March 10 - U.S. crude oil refinery inputs averaged 13.9 million barrels per day during the week ending March 5, 149 thousand barrels per day below the previous week’s average. Refineries operated at 80.7 percent of their operable capacity last week.

Washington DC - March 10 - EIA forecasts that the annual average retail gasoline price will increase from $2.35 per gallon in 2009 to $2.84 in 2010 and to $2.96 in 2011 because of projected rising crude oil prices. Average U.S. pump prices likely will exceed $3 per gallon at times during the forthcoming spring and summer driving season.

Washington DC - January 13 -Escalating crude oil prices are expected to drive the annual average regular-grade gasoline retail price from $2.35 per gallon in 2009 to $2.84 in 2010 and $2.96 in 2011.
