Washington DC -July 1- With summer in full swing, thousands of tourists are visiting Washington DC to be part of this year’s Fourth of July holiday celebration.

Washington DC - June 16- With summer in full swing, now is a good time to visit your local farmers market, according to Ann Harvey Yonkers of FRESHFARM Markets in Washington DC.

Demand for fresh, locally-grown farm products continues to increase in the United States, Yonkers says, and farmers markets offer the opportunity for consumers to meet the regional farmers and growers who sell what they grow, raise or produce on their farm.
